Important: The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

4. Refund Methods & Timing

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI Payments: 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 1-2 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns due to our error or defective products, we will cover return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item shipped

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damage
  • We will arrange pickup and replacement
  • No additional shipping charges for replacements

7. Return Shipping

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
